The successful Senior Energy & Decarbonisation Consultant will:
- Lead the delivery of Net Zero Carbon strategies and roadmaps across varied client portfolios.
- Develop and implement energy and carbon reduction programmes aligned with organisational goals and policy targets.
- Oversee energy performance optimisation, from auditing and metering to controls and reporting.
- Provide expert insight on energy procurement, energy systems, and climate risk resilience.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical analysis into clear recommendations.
- Support mentoring of junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and service development.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in energy management, decarbonisation or sustainability consultancy.
- Proven ability to deliver complex energy strategies, ideally across a variety of sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
- Comfortable working with data – turning insight into strategy and action.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive, solutions-led approach.
