Reporting into executive level, with a dotted line to the Group Health & Safety Director, this role will help shape the division's approach to safety across its portfolio of market-leading brands and its extensive global network of manufacturing and sales sites.

- Have a proven track record of delivering behavioural and cultural change programmes, resulting in dramatically improved health and safety performance.
- Demonstrate the gravitas to engage and influence at the executive level, earning trust across the organisation.
- Be a collaborative, humble leader with strong initiative and integrity.
- Hold relevant health and safety qualifications, ideally with or working towards CMIOSH accreditation.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
- Competitive base salary
- Yearly bonus of up to 20% of base salary.
- Generous car allowance and pension contribution.
- Flexibility to work remotely, with global travel up to 40%.
- 25 days of annual leave, with additional volunteering and holiday closure days.
