  • Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coaching, and execution of the commercial sales strategy for the UK Water Utilities division, ensuring the team hits quarterly and annual targets.
  • Regulatory-Driven Selling: Coach and support the sales team in positioning cutting-edge modular solutions that directly enable Water companies to meet strict regulatory (e.g., Ofwat, EA) and Net Zero targets while maximizing capital efficiency during AMP cycles.
  • Pipeline & Deal Management: Own the full sales pipeline from lead to close, personally managing key regional or high-value accounts while mentoring team members on complex, multi-million-pound deals.
  • Process & Territory Ownership: Implement and manage the sales process, ensuring high CRM accuracy, efficient territory planning, and effective collaboration with technical delivery teams.

The successful Sales Manager must possess:

  • Demonstrable success in leading a sales team and executing against sales targets within the UK Water Utilities market (Water and Wastewater).
  • Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape (AMP/PR Cycles) and how capital projects are funded, commissioned, and deployed within DNOs/WOSCs.
  • Direct experience managing a team responsible for driving the adoption of innovative or disruptive solutions.
  • A strong existing network within the sector and a history of successful team‑driven pipeline growth and quota achievement.
