A new opportunity has arisen for a Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to join a division of a FTSE 100 engineering group, delivering cutting-edge technology that supports industrial decarbonisation around the world. Reporting to the Global Head of Health & Safety, this is a high-impact role for someone who’s excited about supporting global EHS strategy, driving data quality and system improvements, and helping embed safety as a core value across 30+ global sites.

The successful Global EHS Specialist will:
- Bring experience implementing or optimising EHS systems and reporting platforms (such as EcoOnline, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 tools).
- Be a self-starter with strong data and analytical skills, able to spot trends, anomalies or opportunities and share clear insights with stakeholders.
- Have a background in EHS, ideally with a focus on health & safety, or from an adjacent area such as sustainability, compliance or operations with the right mindset.
- Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable working across functions, cultures and time zones.
- Be proactive and curious – always looking for ways to improve systems, build engagement, and support the global team.
What you’ll get in return:
