A rare and prestigious senior leadership opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned infrastructure organisation as a Fire, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director.

This critical role will drive high standards of Fire, Health, Safety and Wellbeing across a uniquely complex environment, enabling safe, efficient operations and ensuring that everyone reaches their destination and returns home safe and well.

The successful Fire, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director will:

  • Bring exceptional leadership capabilities to manage and develop a proactive, business-partnering H&S team
  • Have extensive experience within high-risk, complex operations, with exposure to multiple functions and diverse working environments
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of leading transformative change, translating strategic ambitions into practical, effective outcomes
  • Possess the presence and credibility to influence senior executives, peers and frontline stakeholders alike
  • Be a collaborative operator, able to engage constructively across a broad ecosystem of internal and external partners, including over 400 companies and more than 70,000 individuals
