This critical role will lead and evolve a global technical engine, directly advancing the mission to reduce Carbon. The Quality & Technical Director will shape enterprise level quality frameworks and influence how the world’s largest companies approach carbon removal and reduction, all while ensuring technical performance is inextricably linked with climate consequence.

- Possess deep expertise in carbon markets with a minimum of 7 years' experience and preferably an advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a relevant environmental or climate science field.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of leading technical due diligence and MRV strategies, including the integration of emerging technologies like remote sensing and dMRV.
- Have the presence and credibility to chair the Due Diligence Committee and represent the organisation in global industry forums and advisory bodies.
- Be a collaborative operator, effectively partnering with Sourcing, Legal, and Go to Market teams to balance technical integrity with business objectives.
