The ideal Associate Director of EIA Property will:
- Have 10+ years of industry experience, including leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration.
- Be a chartered professional (or working towards it) with a degree in an environmental or sustainability discipline.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excel in business development, including bid writing, revenue generation, and maintaining an active network within the property sector.
- Showcase exceptional communication, client liaison, and project management skills.
