Reports to: Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Hours: Full Time / Permanent (37.5 hours)
Job Purpose: Receiving sales orders from the subsidiary sales companies and placing purchase orders on factories. Supporting the Senior Supply Chain Co-ordinator to provide a value added service to the GYEUR group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place orders by using Dynamics.
- Check purchase orders before placing.
- Confirm proforma invoices are consistent with orders and investigate differences.
- Communicate with each sales company and supplier for orders, shipping schedules and documents.
- Maintain and update all the information in “Order Status List”.
- Check “Order Status List” carefully and adjust shipping schedules to be shipped in the right month.
- Receive and respond timely to queries from each sales company and communicate changes with suppliers.
- Support with reporting and maintaining data for reporting.
- Expediting orders with suppliers.
- Monitoring production lead-times and analysing supplier pricing.
- Managing inventory levels with all GYEUR subsidiary sales companies, including reporting on excess stock.
- Liaising with ocean freight providers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
Hard working, honest, reliable. Good team player. Strong attention to detail.
