Join our drylining team as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, helping assess project costs and support informed decisions from tender through delivery. You’ll work with project information, suppliers and colleagues to keep estimates clear and costs under control.
Duties
Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Measure quantities and obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project expenditure, identify variances and support cost control.
Maintain cost records and contribute to tender submissions and project reports.
Liaise with project teams to clarify requirements and resolve estimating queries.
