An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of dedicated HR administration professionals as one of our People Services Partner to support our operation within G’s, one of the largest fresh food producers in the UK and Europe for a 12 month FTC basis. Based near Ely in Cambridgeshire, G’s is an incredibly exciting place to work at the forefront of modern food production and distribution. We work within the core of G’s fully vertically integrated leafy production operation, making it fast paced, stimulating, and extremely rewarding for the right candidate. We are dedicated to quality and service.
As People Services Partner, you will be involved in supporting the wider HR team and UK business with a variety of administrative tasks in line with HR processes and procedures including:
- Ensuring that all central records via our HRIS are maintained for all employees.
- Ensuring all information remains confidential.
- Provide HR reports as required.
- Ensuring all HR Payroll information is dealt with in accordance with necessary SLA and in a timely and confidential manner.
- Ownership of contractual paperwork for new starters and transfers within the business on receipt of approved paperwork.
- Ownership and audit process relating to all necessary new starters and leavers and process paperwork.
- Administrate paperwork for employees relating to all employment matters including bonus, salary increases, absence, recognition, employee benefits and much more!
Our ideal candidate is a team player with some experience within an HR administration function. We’re looking for a can-do attitude and someone who thrives in a busy environment. You will have strong English and Maths abilities and good communication skills both written and verbal.
