We are dedicated to quality and service.
Our People Services Team are paramount in the daily management of all HR administration tasks; due to an internal promotion we are looking to recruit a new role People Services Generalist into our HR Centre of Excellence to provide wider HR Team support across our UK businesses.
Key aspects of the role:
- Via our HR ticketing system ensure against our Service Level Agreement (SLA) all tickets are managed and acted upon accordingly.
- Ownership of contractual paperwork for new starters and transfers within the business on receipt of approved paperwork.
- Administer the process for New Starter and Transfer documents, ensuring all relevant information has been captured.
- Administrate paperwork for employees relating to all employment matters including bonus, salary increases, absence, recognition, benefits and much more!
- First point of contact for HRBP’s and HRO’s, line managers and employees across the organisation relating to low level employee relations activities for example, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and supporting change initiatives.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with some experience within an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role. We are looking for a can-do attitude and someone who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be efficient in MS office packages and able to multi-task.
