We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our Engine Farm Workshop team near Ely, Cambs. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in agricultural engineering, working with one of the UK’s leading fresh produce growers. What You Will Be Doing
In this graduate role, you will gain hands‑on experience and technical development while supporting experienced engineers. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults
- Carrying out servicing and repairs in both workshop and field environments
- Assisting with assembly and pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) of new machinery
- Using manufacturer software and technical manuals for fault finding
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated graduates who are ready to start their engineering career. You should have:
- A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible and resilient approach to learning and development
