We are now looking for an Administrator to join our team, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business and helping to deliver an excellent service across internal departments and customers.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in the efficient operation of the office, with a focus on administration, communication, and data handling.
- Coordinate and update reports, performance figures, and business information for internal and external use
- Manage and respond to customer queries, maintaining accurate records and tracking trends
- Support teams with updating documents, records, forms, and business information
- Help prepare and format internal and external presentations and reports
- Attend meetings and contribute to effective cross‑department communication
- Assist with document reviews, updates, and version control
- Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement activities
- Provide general administrative support across the wider business
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with documents, data, and people across different teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
