Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about quality in food production? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Operative and help ensure our products meet the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Control: Prepare, maintain, and set up dipping processes. Report non-conformances and issues to supervisors, managers, and engineers.
  • CCP Checks: Monitor pH, acidity, F0 retort, and understand metal detection procedures.
  • Product Quality: Ensure quality during processing, finished products, raw materials, labels, and compliance with quality manuals.
  • Sampling & Testing: Collect shelf-life and microbiological samples, swabs, water, and air plates.
  • GMP Compliance: Conduct weekly audits, control allergens, ensure segregation and adherence to factory GMP procedures.
  • Paperwork & Record-Keeping: Prepare, issue, and archive paperwork, guide colleagues on proper completion, and complete non-conformance or rejection reports as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support traceability exercises and mass balance reporting.
  • Log microbiological samples in the online system.
  • Provide cover for the Print room during weekends, holidays, and absences.

  • Able to follow procedures accurately and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a team, with good communication and reporting skills.
  • Flexible and reliable, able to provide cover when needed.
