We're recruiting Engineering Apprentice to join our friendly and experienced Engineering team at our Barway site, home to our Babyleaf and Celery operation supplying major UK retailers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are curious, practical, and excited to learn how real engineering works in a live production environment.
What will you be doing?
As an Engineering Apprentice, you'll learn on the job while being supported by experienced Engineers. Your role will include:
- Helping diagnose and fix breakdowns on machinery and equipment
- Supporting planned maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly
- Learning how different machines and systems work across the site
- Getting involved in improvement projects to make equipment safer, faster, and more efficient
What are we looking for?
