We’re looking for a motivated, curious individual to join us as a Supply Chain Apprentice, someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and make their mark. This apprenticeship will get you to step into a fast-paced environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in high demand across industries. From “seed to shelf,” you’ll discover how our products move, evolve, and reach customers every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of goods, materials, and deliveries
  • Working with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Learning how to manage stock levels, orders, and logistics processes
  • Analysing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Gaining real exposure to how global supply chains operate

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems
  • An interest in business or logistics
  • Good written, verbal, and numeracy skills
  • Level 4 + GCSE Maths & English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
