We are recruiting graduates into our Farm Management Graduate Programme with an opportunity to understand every aspect of our business. From Seed to Shelf, the scheme provides bespoke placement plans including Planning, Planting, Product Management, Operations and Harvest, with some opportunities for international travel. Placements focus on people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement. We support growth through training, coaching and development.

What you’ll do / Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured placement plan across Planning, Planting, Product Management, Operations and Harvest.
  • Develop people-management and supervisory skills within a fast-paced farming environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with a commercial focus.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end operations from seed to shelf.
  • Develop professional competencies through coaching, training and hands-on experience.

  • Genuine interest in a career within the food, farming and fresh produce industry.
  • Either in final year of university graduating in 2026 or graduated in the last 4 years.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
