We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our Engine Farm Workshop team near Ely, Cambs. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in agricultural engineering, working with one of the UK’s leading fresh produce growers. What you will be doing

  • Gain hands-on experience and technical development while supporting experienced engineers.
  • Support the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical faults.
  • Carry out servicing and repairs in both workshop and field environments.
  • Assist with assembly and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of new machinery.
  • Use manufacturer software and technical manuals for fault finding.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.

  • A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible and resilient approach to learning and development.
