D Hughes Hospitality Ltd, established in 2010, is a growing company with over 150 team members operating multiple venues across Gwynedd in North Wales. We’re looking for talented and driven chefs to join our expanding company and assist our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food experiences. We have many chef roles available throughout 6 venues, recruiting for both seasonal and permanent vacancies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Chef De Partie
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creative approach to menu development
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to perform under pressure
