Yr Hen Fecws, is one of the highest ranked restaurants in the area on Trip Advisor and we're looking for one full time and one part time Wait/Bar staff who has some experience to help us drive the success of the restaurant and the business.
We are a fun, friendly lively team at Yr Hen Fecws and we have an aim to be the best at everything we do.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be required to take orders from our guests, serve food and beverages, offer menu suggestions, answer customer questions, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure a superb dining experience.
You will need to work with the rest of the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Our guests' happiness is our priority, but you are also very important to us. We can provide you with the training required to carry out your job, but some experience is desirable.
As well as the above, you will be required to
- Greet and seat guests.
- Serve guests in a courteous manner.
- Answer any questions about our menu or wines.
- Interact with customers and answer complaints.
- Keep station clean, organised, and stocked with all items for the next customer.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain your own work area and perform all duties in a clean, orderly, and efficient manner.
- Be able to work on your feet for the majority of the shift.
- Able to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers.
