Daily Duties
- Supporting teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
- Working with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
- Helping to prepare learning materials and maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
- Supporting literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- Taking part in break times, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
- Assisting pupils with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, mobility) under supervision.
- Learning about and applying key school policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and behaviour management.
- Developing professional relationships with teachers, staff, and pupils.
