About us Grwp Llandrillo Menai was established in 2012 as a result of mergers between Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor.

It employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd.

Job purpose You will support the delivery of a high-quality curriculum in Health and Care that spans all pathways, including full-time and part time FE provision, Higher Education, and the 14-19 curriculum.

Based within our Rhos and Rhyl campuses, both with excellent facilities, you will assist the Programme Area Manager (PAM) in overseeing the operational and curriculum management across specialised sectors such as Health, Social Care, Childcare, and Counselling.

Each discipline benefits from practical spaces designed to support expert teaching and hands-on learning, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will inspire and work closely with the programme area manager to guide a committed team of Lecturers and Assessors to deliver engaging, inclusive teaching that supports every learner to reach their full potential.

Rooted firmly in our values of equality, honesty, trust, fairness, and ambition, you will nurture a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring your team feels supported, challenged, and motivated to maintain the highest standards in education and vocational training.

Central to your role will be supporting the PAM in managing key performance indicators such as attendance, retention, and achievement.

You will harness data-driven insights to continually enhance the learner experience and foster success.

Alongside curriculum supportership, you will support the PAM in overseeing essential quality assurance processesincluding internal verification, timetabling, and assessment planningworking closely with support teams to ensure every learner receives the guidance and assistance they need to thrive.
