The role of the Lecturer will involve delivering high-quality education to learners across a range of qualifications and levels, on full-time, part-time and apprenticeship programmes.
The role will include delivering theoretical sessions in the classroom, delivering practical instruction in the workshop when required, and providing ongoing tutorial support to ensure learners succeed and reach their target grades.
The successful candidate will also be expected to take a proactive role in leading and developing the courses, ensuring that learners remain at the centre of everything we do.

The department delivers a wide range of provision, including full-time courses, part‑time courses, apprenticeships and the 14‑16 curriculum in partnership with local secondary schools.
We currently have a strong team of lecturers in areas such as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology and Welding and Fabrication, alongside practical skills supervisors.
