We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our friendly team, preparing and serving high-quality meals for guests and staff in a busy catering environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking from scratch, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently cater for groups of up to 60 people.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving breakfasts and evening meals
- Supporting stock control and rotation
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards, and helping to ensure the kitchen and dining areas are safe, organised, and welcoming
- Keeping catering records and paperwork up to date in line with current legislation
We’re seeking someone flexible, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team. Hours are negotiable, usually worked Monday to Friday, with some split shifts required for full-time positions. A job share arrangement would also be considered. Salary is between £26,000 and £27,000 per annum based on a 37-hour week. Accommodation may also be available for the successful candidate.
