It employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 21,000 students across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. The Grwp aims to support the economy of North Wales by equipping local people with the skills and qualifications needed to ensure the competitiveness and success of the region.

In addition, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment, talent identification and the wider development of the girls and women's rugby pathway.

Working collaboratively with college colleagues, WRU staff and external partners, the role will contribute to maintaining WRU A Licence standards, monitoring learner progression and supporting the strategic priorities of both Coleg Llandrillo and the Welsh Rugby Union.
