Personal Learning Account (PLA) Administrator

The PLA Administrator is responsible for the day to day administration of the PLA Contract.

The post holder will work closely with the PLA Contract and Compliance Officer to ensure learner eligibility, enrolment, on scheme and leaver data is accurate and effectively recorded on internal Management Information Systems.

This will ensure correct transmission of data returns to external agencies, internal reporting, clean external audits, and will facilitate management decision making.

  • 28 days leave per annum, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years’ continuous service (01 September to 31 August).
