  • Cydlynu gwaith atgyweirio a chynnal a chadw yn effeithlon ar gyfer cartrefi tenantiaid ac eiddo gwag
  • Trefnu ac arwain arolygon, gan weithio’n agos gyda rhanddeiliaid mewnol ac allanol
  • Sicrhau bod yr holl wybodaeth hanfodol ar gael cyn dechrau gwaith, gan alluogi cyflawni tasgau’n llyfn ac effeithiol
  • Gweithio’n uniongyrchol gyda’n gweithlu, isgontractwyr a rheolwyr i wneud y gorau o adnoddau a chadw pethau’n symud
