GRW Scout is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help turn qualified opportunities into customers.

What is GRW Scout?

Scout is an innovative recruitment intelligence platform that helps recruiters and hiring teams understand the market around a vacancy, assess how fillable a role is, understand salary expectations and identify relevant candidates.

The role

This is a sales closing role. You'll be working with qualified inbound leads and taking ownership from initial conversation through to close.

You'll

  • Speak with recruitment agencies, HR teams and hiring decision-makers
  • Run product demonstrations
  • Understand customer needs and position Scout effectively
  • Handle objections and negotiate
  • Follow up and manage your pipeline
  • Close deals and generate revenue

We're looking for someone who

  • Has proven B2B sales experience
  • Is confident speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Has experience taking sales from initial conversation to close
  • Is comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the business
  • Is organised, commercially driven and target-focused
  • Has experience using a CRM

Recruitment, Saa S, software, AI or technology sales experience would be a big advantage.
