grüum is a fast growing personal care brand on a mission to make skin, hair and self care a little more friendly, for you, your pocket and the planet. Founded in 2016 by four friends, we've grown into a business with over 2 million customers, a place on the Sunday Times Top 100 list of the UK’s fastest growing companies, and 20,000+ five star reviews across Trustpilot and Reviews.io. We work with some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands, creating brand partnerships that help us grow our customer base, introducing our products to new audiences.
So, what's the role?
We've built up a brilliant network of brand partners who put grüum in front of new customers every day. Getting a partner on board is just the start though, the real work is making sure that relationship actually delivers.
As our Partner Success Manager, you'll take the reins on a defined portfolio of partner relationships, with your results measured on the gross sales generated - and you'll also be the first friendly voice new prospects hear, picking up warm leads from the sales team and turning them into signed partners. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role - you'll need the instinct to spot when a partner's ready to go bigger, and the people skills to keep every one of them feeling looked after.
Day to day, this looks like
- Owning the relationship for a defined portfolio of partners, keeping them engaged, well informed, and set up for repeat campaigns
- Applying our commercial framework consistently on every account - clear exposure commitments, volume floors, ROI tracking, and reviews after each campaign
- Leading introduction calls with new prospects, working closely with the sales team to convert warm leads into new partnerships
- Negotiating terms of partnerships and offers
- Keeping CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date, feeding reliable data into wider pipeline and forecasting reporting
- Spotting accounts that are outgrowing their current tier and flagging them for a bigger conversation
- Leading with a fact-find approach in every partner conversation, understanding their planning cycles and goals
- Supporting wider partnership marketing activity, including partner newsletters, sample follow-ups, and case studies, to keep grüum front of mind
- Supporting the wider Sales team to identify new opportunities and prospects for future partnerships
- Feeding insight from your accounts into product and campaign planning, working with our Production and Marketing teams
