About the Role
We’re Gruum — a growing UK brand creating simple, sustainable personal‑care products. We’re looking for an Administration and Office Executive to help keep our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the office organised and running efficiently.
- Manage correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support with bookkeeping (invoices, expenses, record‑keeping).
- Help with supply chain admin – supplier communication, order processing, stock tracking.
- Provide general admin and project support across the team.
