La tua Opportunità
Entrerai a far parte del nostro Team HR Administration con l’obiettivo di analizzare e monitorare le principali metriche legate all’amministrazione del personale.
Sarai responsabile della gestione del budget HR, della produzione di reportistica dettagliata e della supervisione delle spese, fornendo supporto strategico per ottimizzare l’efficienza e l’efficacia dei processi HR.
La tua Missione
- Pianificherai, gestirai e monitorerai il budget del personale delle Società del Gruppo, inclusi i forecast periodici.
- Effettuerai un’analisi approfondita dei costi del personale, evidenziando opportunità di risparmio o ambiti per investimenti strategici.
- Elaborerai report periodici (mensili, trimestrali e annuali), garantendo precisione e tempestività.
- Svilupperai e gestirai report personalizzati per il monitoraggio delle metriche chiave delle risorse umane.
- Contribuirai alle decisioni strategiche attraverso analisi avanzate dei dati HR.
Potrai far parte del nostro team se:
- Hai una formazione accademica in ambito economico o giuslavoristico.
- Hai maturato almeno 2 di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente all’interno di contesti aziendali strutturati.
- Hai familiarità con software di gestione HR e sistemi ERP.
- Possiedi una conoscenza avanzata di Excel e dimostri abilità nell’analisi di grandi volumi di dati.
- Hai spiccate capacità analitiche e un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- Sei attento/a ai dettagli e capace di gestire scadenze rigorose con precisione e organizzazione.
