As a Retail Performance Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. Reporting into the Retail Director, you will partner with store, learning, and corporate teams on improving business performance. You will be a key point of contact and support for store managers in their day-to-day retail and operational activities, as well as champion store projects. You will maintain a special focus on resources optimization, KPIs achievements, communication, and improving the Client Experience in store.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving Store Performance: Monitor sales performance, retail KPIs, non-selling activities and identify solutions in order to drive business performance. Partner with the Store teams to improve and streamline client experiences, team experience and retail operations. Assist Store & Team Managers in driving team performance across the core KPIs. Organize projects and execute business initiatives (e.g. store incentives, LV Onstage, Leadership Workshops). Manage store applications, effectively rolling out new applications, train teams and monitor and influence strong usage results (e.g. Journey, Welcome, Mobility). Optimize productivity with the purpose of enhancing and improving the client experience and commercial success of the stores.
  • Driving Client Experience: Be the champion for Client Experience for the region, focusing on delivering strong results across Voice and Dare to Delight. Animate and engage the client experience community and ensure all stores have the right tools and resources to deliver exceptional experiences. Create engaging content to share with stores to support the client-obsessed mindset. Create and deliver bespoke workshops for stores to support this topic.
  • Regional Support: Act as the local expert on retail platforms (Nemo, VOICE, Dashboards, Commission), monitor store sales and activity, and when necessary, provide trouble shooting support. Collaborate with the Care Services team on related activities (Repair CX, Hotstamping, Engraving, Art of hosting etc). Partner with the Retail Director to identify innovative action plans to optimize store performance. Identify and coach team members on how to drive an efficient and profitable business (front and back of house). Collaboratively work with the Retail Learning team to constantly support teams in elevating Client Experience, driving commerciality, and cascading key messages throughout the year.
  • Project Management: Participate in retail specific projects when required. Identify opportunities for impactful initiatives and see them through from conception to reality. Monitor and streamline all communication sent to stores, and be the lead for the regional ‘LV WEEKLY’. Work with all corporate partners and HO departments on designing, piloting and rolling out innovative retail tools. Partner with Store Planning, Security and Facilities & Maintenance teams regarding activities and store planning initiatives (renovations and store openings) in your region.
  • Budget Management and Suppliers: Forecast, oversee and administer budget allocated to RPM, develop cost-containment measures to reduce expenses. Develop and manage a diverse and reliable source of suppliers. Work in conjunction with corporate partners to define specifications and conduct competitive tenders for contractual services; obtain bids and proposals, analyse, negotiate and award contracts.

  • Excellent comprehension of Retail environment - Previous experience in a store required.
