Desde GRUPOTEC nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Construction Project Manager (CPM), que se incorporaría presencialmente en uno de nuestros proyectos fotovoltaicos ubicado en Reino Unido (UK). Comenzaría con nosotros formando parte de un proyecto ubicado en Telford, con unos 70mW en FV y 50mW en baterías (BESS).

Las Principales Funciones que Llevará a Cabo Son:

  • Asumir todas las responsabilidades de la ejecución de las obras a su cargo.
  • Asegurar una correcta revisión del diseño previa a la fase de ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Mantener una buena y estrecha relación con el cliente y con los proveedores durante la fase de construcción del proyecto.
  • Revisar la definición de objetivos en función de la petición de un cliente.
  • Aprobar la contratación de materiales y subcontratas, teniendo en cuenta la optimización técnico-económica.
  • Gestionar y dirigir los equipos y las subcontratas, asignando los recursos de personal a las obras en construcción.
  • Velar por el respeto del presupuesto, plazos, calidad y seguridad de ejecución de las obras a su cargo.
  • Redactar e implantar procedimientos específicos.
  • Hacer seguimiento periódico de las obras para comprobar el estado y avance de estas, suministros, revisión de las calidades, resolución de problemas organizativos y técnicos durante la fase de construcción.
  • Controlar y apoyar el trabajo de los Jefes de Obra, prestándoles soporte en la toma de decisiones.
  • Cumplir con las responsabilidades que se le asignen en los distintos documentos de los sistemas de gestión (Calidad, PRL, MA) de la organización.
  • Reportar al responsable del departamento de construcción.
  • Representar a la compañía ante la Propiedad, las Administraciones Públicas y los Organismos Oficiales donde se le requiera.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Preferiblemente, haber cursado una ingeniería técnica o superior en las ramas eléctrica, mecánica o civil.
  • Contar con experiencia desempeñando las funciones previamente descritas en proyectos de energía renovable (solar, eólica, ciclos combinados, termosolar, etc.).
  • Contar con formación de PRL para trabajos en campo.
  • Contar con experiencia previa gestionando proyectos de construcción y equipos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática nivel usuario (paquete office).
  • Nivel medio-avanzado de inglés (B2 o superior).
  • Carnet de conducir tipo B.
