Buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo un Procurador de órganos.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Coordinación en la procuración de órganos con la familia y el equipo interdisciplinario.
- Realización de los registros que se requieren en las diferentes entidades de trasplante.
- Recepción de los llamados del todos los centros asistenciales del grupo HPUC. 24/7.
- Reuniones con Dpto. Legal para confección de Consentimiento Informado.
- Entrevista con familiares de pacientes potenciales donantes.
- Evaluación, carga y seguimiento de pacientes en Programa de Calidad Glasgow 7 de Incucai 24/7.
- Denuncia de Potencial donante ante Incucai.
- Control y guarda de consentimientos informados de la Inscripción a lista y del momento del operativo.
- Confección de informes a requerimiento del Dpto. de Enfermería y/o Dirección médica.
- Confección de políticas y documentación para el cumplimiento de los estándares de la JCI.
- Confección de Informes a solicitud del Dpto de Enfermería, Dirección hospitalaria y/o Ecodaic.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con todo el equipo de gestión ofreciendo y solicitando los datos o informes necesarios para la continuidad de los objetivos del departamento.
- Coordinar y/o participar en la planificación de eventos académicos del Departamento.
- Promover el reporte de incidentes al comité de calidad y seguridad del paciente y la participación de las mejoras a través del aprendizaje de cada evento.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con Jefa y Coordinación de Departamento a modo de generar las acciones necesarias o compartir novedades, así como una comunicación efectiva con jefes de servicio ofreciendo y solicitando información.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Licenciado en Enfermería.
- Matrícula provincial habilitada.
- Amplia disponibilidad horaria.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años.
