Responsabilidades e Atribuições
- Realizar anamnese inicial e avaliação física dos alunos.
- Prescrever treinos conforme o perfil de cada aluno.
- Preparar a sala e equipamentos.
- Orientar na utilização correta dos aparelhos e execução dos exercícios.
- Auxiliar e orientar estagiários.
- Ajudar alunos na montagem dos aparelhos e execução correta dos exercícios.
- Preencher relatórios diários do fluxo de alunos.
- Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e organização do espaço.
- Inserir treinos no sistema e agendar trocas de treinos.
- Executar outras tarefas correlatas conforme necessidade.
Grau de Instrução
Ensino Superior completo em Educação Física.
Habilidades
Gostar de trabalhar com pessoas, boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, proatividade, bom humor.
Requisitos
Conhecimento básico em Word e Excel, técnicas de alongamento, equipamentos de musculação e acessórios, programas de treinos de ginástica localizada, abdominal, gap, entre outros.
