We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in your designated station, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.

What will you do?

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with food prep and portioning during service.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house as needed.
• Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head or Sous Chef.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
• Support other chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
