With more than 10 years of experience, our activity focuses on hotels, apartments, hostels, student residences and luxury residences for the elderly.

What will you do?

  • Operational management: Supervise and coordinate all daily operations of the hotel, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, food and beverage, and additional services. Ensure that hotel rules and procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service at all times. Resolve guest complaints and problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Management of personnel: Recruit, train and supervise hotel staff. Foster a positive and motivating working environment. Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Financial Control: Manage the hotel budget and control operating costs. Prepare regular financial reports and analyses. Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Marketing and sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with travel agencies, online booking platforms and other business partners to maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Maintenance and safety: Ensure that hotel facilities are well maintained and in optimum condition. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Relations with suppliers: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure the constant supply of necessary products and services.

What do we look for?

  • Education: University degree in hotel management, tourism, business administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management or similar position. High level of English; other languages will be valued.
  • Skills: Leadership, team management and ability to delegate. Proactivity and excellent social skills. Customer orientation and attention to detail. Strategic vision. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
