What will you do?
- Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B team members to achieve performance excellence.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing, and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and control inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Events, etc.) for smooth operations.
What do we look for?
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a managerial F&B role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
