About the role
As Shop Manager you will have autonomy to run the shop using creativity and flair. You will generate and process stock, design eye‑catching window displays, recruit and train volunteers, and manage everyday retail tasks. You will also meet the needs of customers and contribute to our sustainable fashion mission.
