The predicted salary is between 36429 - 40900 £ per year.

Permanent - 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday, including quarterly weekend work). Some home working involved. Starting full-time salary: £36,429.86 per annum. This role includes a car allowance of £5,000 per annum or a company car is available. The role involves supporting 15 Scope shops across the North West, North Wales, and the Midlands, including: Bramhall, Buxton, Cambridge, Chester BS, Colwyn Bay, Halesowen, Kenilworth, Leek, Liverpool, Northampton, Northfield, Pwllheli, Sale, Shirley (Birmingham), and Shrewsbury. Overnight stays and travel are expected parts of the role.

Package includes: 27 days holiday per year (full-time equivalent) plus bank holidays, excellent training and career development, flexible, remote, and hybrid working options, pay progression at 6 months and 2 years, discounts at gyms, restaurants, and more.

The role We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and support 15 dedicated shop teams in the North West, North Wales, and the Midlands. In this pivotal role, you will inspire, guide, and empower your teams to excel. Through strong leadership and a hands-on approach, you'll drive commercial success while fostering teams that are passionate ambassadors for Scope within their communities.

About You This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail, with experience managing large teams, especially in fashion or the charity sector. We also welcome candidates from retail leadership backgrounds with transferable skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
