b Overview /b p In this role you will lead credit asset management for mid-to-large real estate private credit, supporting portfolio oversight, reporting, and platform development. You will work across multiple geographies, coordinating with loan servicers and driving data-driven asset management and governance. The position offers the chance to build scalable processes, reporting tools, and controls that institutionalise best practices. You will help shape the platform and reporting framework to support investment performance and risk management. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li discretionary performance-related annual bonus /li li hybrid working with one day per week from home /li li pension contribution (8% of salary; up to 12.5%) /li li 30 days holiday plus bank holidays /li li digital health services including GP /li li life insurance and income protection /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Oversee credit asset management for performing and high-yield private real estate credit and relevant NPL/legacy exposures. /li li Lead platform development and improvements, including asset management processes, reporting templates, data infrastructure, controls, and governance. /li li Build and maintain credit databases, loan tapes, dashboards, and analysis tools for loan- and portfolio-level monitoring. /li li Calculate and monitor key loan/portfolio metrics (LTV, LTC, DSCR, debt yield, interest cover, arrears, covenants, waivers, amendments, concentration). /li li Support the assessment and management of underperforming loans (amendments, waivers, restructurings, enforcement, workout strategies). /li li Coordinate with third-party loan servicers on administration, borrower communications, reporting, data quality, covenants, and issue escalation. /li li Prepare loan- and portfolio-level analysis for monthly/quarterly reporting and management materials. /li li Institutionalise operating procedures, servicing frameworks, reporting standards, and governance across investments and geographies. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Institutional background in international real estate private credit or credit asset management, from a credit fund, alternatives fund, or platform. /li li Experience in a platform where processes, data, reporting, controls, and operating routines were designed or implemented. /li li Practical understanding of real estate private credit, including loan structures, performance monitoring, covenants, restructurings, defaults, and exits. /li li Ability to build and maintain credit databases, loan tapes, portfolios trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools. /li li Proficiency in calculating and explaining loan/portfolio metrics (LTV, LTC, DSCR, debt yield, IRR/MOIC, concentration). /li li Experience working with third-party loan servicers on data reconciliation and covenant tracking. /li li Advanced Excel and financial modelling; experience with databases, BI tools, workflow automation or reporting systems is a plus. /li li Proactive, execution-focused, with the ability to identify gaps and progress workstreams with guidance. /li li Strong written and verbal communication for management materials and portfolio updates. /li li Strong academic background in finance, economics, real estate, engineering, business, or related field. /li /ul ul li proactive /li li execution-oriented /li li strong written and verbal communication /li li advanced Excel /li li financial modelling /li li databases /li /ul
