Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end collateral changes tied to migrating TSB customers to Santander UK, aligning branding and standards. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Communications, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure regulatory and customer-experience requirements are met. You will manage governance, risks and dependencies within a complex change program, contributing to harmonisation and broader CMRB initiatives. This is a high-impact, 12-month assignment that shapes how we present Santander UK to customers during migration and transformation.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end communications planning for collateral changes
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies, escalate as needed with mitigations
- Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Communications, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations
- Ensure collateral meets regulatory, brand and customer experience requirements
- Maintain governance, track progress, manage dependencies and escalate risks
- Collaborate with the wider CMRB team for consistent messaging and alignment with broader activity
- Engage with Risk Line 2 and Internal Audit Line 3 across the CMRB programme
- Support Harmonisation and Migration planning within the CMRB workstream
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing complex communication or change programmes involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience supporting product changes, customer communications or business transformation initiatives
- Prince2 practitioner or external PMO certification
