We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who will be up to the challenge of working in a fast-paced industry. Your responsibilities include:
- Carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Monitoring and operating all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Assisting with ensuring that the hotel is compliant with all relevant fire and health safety regulations.
- Undertaking emergency repairs to premises, plant, and equipment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you can expect your working days to cover the following:
- Preventive and reactive maintenance
- Health and Safety
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical works
What we are looking for:
- Well presented with a good command of the English language and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and a logical, practical approach to problem solving.
