Off-Piste Wines, who recently partnered with Grupo Peñaflor and WX Brands in the UK, is looking for a UK-based HR Manager to lead the full scope of Human Resources management across the EMEA region. This position will work closely with regional leadership and global HR teams, driving initiatives aligned with business objectives and supporting organizational growth.

The role will be responsible for leading key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational development, culture and engagement, as well as HR operations across multiple countries within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational planning and team development.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and labor compliance across the EMEA region.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and performance initiatives.
  • Implement global HR processes adapted to regional needs.
  • Manage HR metrics, budgets, and external vendors.
  • Promote organizational change and leadership development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices in international environments.
  • Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in the wine industry or FMCG industry will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus).

Excellent communication skills with a strong business-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments. Full-time position based in UK.
