The Role

The role will form part of a small, but mighty HR and Recruitment team, and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for a specific set of business stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented InHouse Recruiterto join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, fit and cultural alignment
• Coordinate and participate in face to face interviews with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Support wider HR team with onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment recordsil>li>Build candidate pipelines
• Creating and reviewing job adverts
• Weekly Teams meetings with hiring managers to provide regular recruitment updates
• Provide regular Market data updates and benchmarking information
• Assisting the Senior Recruiter with delivering recruitment training to hiring managers
