The Role
As a Key Accounts Executive, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to our National Account Managers, working closely with Regional Service and Account Managers to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our national customers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer and contract data, coordinating service activity, producing client and internal reports, supporting quotations and repairs, and ensuring all operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to National Account Managers and Regional Service Teams
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, site and equipment records within the Service Management System
- Update and manage client reporting systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Produce and distribute internal and customer reports in line with service level requirements
- Coordinate with Regional Service Teams to ensure planned maintenance and additional works are completed within agreed timescales
- Receive, process and manage job sheets, quotations and operational documentation from regional teams
- Input and maintain data across service management and client reporting systems
- Monitor service delivery performance and highlight any issues requiring action
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and timely communication
- Manage correspondence, electronic filing and general office administration for key accounts
- Prepare and issue standard quotations for repair works as directed by Regional Service and Account Managers
- Process customer orders and coordinate programme timings with regional teams, providing regular progress updates to customers
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and contractual service levels are consistently achieved
