KeyResponsibilities
- Providingday-to-dayadministrativeandcommercialsupporttotheCommercialteam.
- Assistingwiththepreparationandsubmissionofcommercialdocumentation.
- Processingcustomerordersandensuringallrelevantinformationisaccurateandcomplete.
- Maintainingaccuraterecordsofprojects,quotations,ordersandcustomerinformationoncompanysystems.
- Liaisingwithcustomersandinternaldepartmentstoobtainandprovideprojectinformation.
- Monitoringprojectandorderprogressandhighlightinganyissuesordelaystotherelevantteammembers.
- Assistingwithcontractandprojectdocumentation,ensuringinformationisrecordedandmaintainedaccurately.
- Supportingtheteamwithcustomerqueriesandprovidingaprofessionalandtimelyresponse.
- Maintainingahighlevelofaccuracywhenhandlingtechnical,financialandcustomerinformation.
- Undertakinggeneraladministrativedutiesandsupportingthewiderbusinessasrequired.
