We are currently seeking a Project Quality Engineer to join our team for an ongoing project in Northern Ireland (Coolkeeragh). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and environmental compliance on-site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch project-specific quality and environmental documentation and supervise its implementation.
  • Provide advice on improvements for management systems.
  • Monitor and supervise the quality of critical materials and equipment.
  • Systematize operations to improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze all supply-related documentation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements during engineering, manufacturing, expediting, and delivery phases.
  • Prepare progress reports on all activities performed.
  • Provide specific training and awareness on quality and environmental matters for site personnel.
  • Support the resolution of incidents, both internal and with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, etc.).
  • Ensure projects operate in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Support project staff in meeting quality requirements, covering both documentation and fieldwork.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education Degree (Technical Diploma or University Degree).
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in quality control roles, preferably within large energy companies.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2); other languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus.
  • Availability to work on-site.
  • Valuable knowledge in electrical substations, hydroelectric power plants, or energy plants.
  • Valuable knowledge and/or training in environmental management.
