At Cosentino we are looking for a Sales Administrative to join our Distribution Center located in Sheffield. The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.
What you will do:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Supporting the sales and logistics department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role; High level of English.
- Knowledge: Strong SAP user knowledge is a plus; Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers; Forklift experience.
