The role
This position is part of the GBUK Snacks/Takis Sales Team, which acts as a distributor for Barcel, the Salty Snacks division of Grupo Bimbo. You will be tasked as a 'player manager', initially managing customers and leading strategy but in the long term building a team and really growing into that leadership role. Reporting directly to the Head of Takis in the UK, this role will play a pivotal part in the Commercial structure and future business success. From an external perspective, a key focus will be supporting the implementation of strong commercial strategies to ensure the proposition is positioned for future growth. This will involve leading customer discussions at a senior level, demonstrating the confidence and ability to manage high-level interactions effectively.

We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate high levels of tenacity, goal-oriented and is highly skilled in external/internal stakeholder management. This role is perfect for a Senior Category Manager making a step up or a Controller who is comfortable being hands-on with customers.
